Product description
The BASIC SLIM analog ballast unit, made with semiconductor-transistor technology, is an excellent compromise between analogue and digital ballasts with a canbus filter. This ballast far surpasses ordinary analog devices in terms of life and failure-free performance. It is characterized by a low complaint rate. This ballast is equipped with an integrated igniter, hermetic waterproof housing and a starting voltage control system that protects the bulb from damage. It is best suited for vehicles manufactured up to and including 2006, because it does not trigger the burnt out bulb error in these vehicles. Full voltage stabilization prevents bulb flicker or sudden shutdown, and interference filters eliminate CB and FM radio interference*. Small size allows for installation even under the tightest car hoods.
*In most cars such a filter functions perfectly well, however there are installations that are very susceptible to electromagnetic waves. Please contact us to resolve the issue if it ever occurs.
